Winning numerous contests in financing, bedding, and warranty, I later transitioned into a leadership role at Kane's Furniture, where I prioritized motivation, accountability. At Kane's Furniture, my responsibilities included overseeing inventory management, driving sales initiatives, conducting comprehensive training programs on bedding and financing, and fostering a culture of celebration and encouragement within our team on a daily basis and, above all, fun!
