I strive to bring awareness to the sickle cell community while bringing awareness to joining the registry and equal outcomes for all.

I worked in the Patient outcomes Experience(POE) vertical. To help patients met their goals with transplant before or after the process.

• Monitored daily activities and schedule for clients throughout the day.• Scheduled calls for clients to speak with doctors or therapists. • Acquired daily vitals and inserted the information into Lighting Step• Placed daily lunch orders for the clients and handled the food when necessary.• Dropped off clients to desired location after PHP was provided. • Coordinated with parents with ongoing information about their child daily.• Attended treatment meetings about the clients and their ongoing progress. • Obtained Urinary Analysis weekly and dropped them off for assessment. • Provided supervision and delegation for the clients consistently.
