As Lead Recruiter I play a role in talent acquisition for CI and its clients, leading and coordinating activities related to recruitment processes at a 360ª level, for all LATAM regions, with the objective of ensuring that the needs of internal and external customers are fulfilled effectively.In addition to developing recruiting strategies, identifying effective international recruiting sources and planning recruiting campaigns, I manage a small team of JR recruiters assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that the area's KPI's recruiting processes are met.

360º management of the internal recruitment, selection process and of external clients of the financial sector throughout LATAM such as credit card brands/ banks/Fintechs in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, US, Peru, Panama, Chile, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Bermuda, Ecuador, Venezuela, etc.I am involved in selecting candidates for key roles, conducting interviews, competency assessments, collaborating with hiring managers maintaining strong relationships with candidates, prioritizing positive experience. Along with collaborating with other areas and actively working on the analysis of recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and the implementation of initiatives to optimize the recruitment process.
