• Conduct initial interview to identify needs and develop preliminary plan for implementation.• Review cases with clinical team or supervisor and receive direction and assistance in resolving difficult situations.• Facilitate linkages to non-traditional services and support systems.• Facilitate linkages with community providers.• Serve as liaison between clinic, family and other community agencies serving the family to ensure the most effective and appropriate delivery of services.• Participate in community and other professional training and education activities, seminars, workshops in pursuit of professional growth and development.• Prepare reports, correspondence and maintain up to date case records of 40+ clients. • Co-Facilitate bilingual parent (COS-P), adolescent and children support groups for Victims of Domestic Violence and/or Sexual Abuse.

• Supervise visits of non-custodial parent with their child(ren) which includes monitoring and if necessary, intervening with the parent or child who demonstrate inappropriate physical and/or verbal behaviors.• Promptness with keeping appointments and adhering agreed upon schedules. • Report any problems and/or concerns regarding a specific client or visitation request as soon as possible.• Record time and supervised visitation reports using the assigned form in a timely manner in order for reimbursement to be made and social workers be up to date.
