As a Cloud Operations Engineer in the Data Center Services (DCS) Department, key roles are:- Assume first responder role during incidents or requests. Monitoring, troubleshooting DCS Infrastructure and 50+ services through tools such as Monitis and Zenoss.- Provide support for Senior Engineers, RD Partners and all other user reports through JIRA and e-mail. - Constantly co-working with Taiwan-based counterparts as well with other Trend Micro members from US and Germany.- Coordinate and work with third-party vendors and remote hands for hardware troubleshooting tasks. - Remotely perform server-related and basic network switch-related task on data centers located in US and Germany. Has a certain knowledge in handling Dell, Supermicro, Cisco servers/switches. Able to troubleshoot common hardware issues such as disk, RAID, battery, MDStorage, NETAPP, etc.- Initiates P0 process when a certain KPI is breached.
