- As A Billing Junior Manger, Coordinates Project accomplishment to Architects, Project Managers andDesigners.- Coordinates, assists and explains Terms of payment and deliverablesbased on signed contract to our clients.- Assist Clients regarding their concerns, queries and disputes regardingtheir monthly/ progress billing statements through phone calls, emails andoffice/regular/scheduled meetings.- Handles Confidential reports and present them directly to the Company’sOwner.- Holds weekly team meeting on how to improve and discuss strategies tomeet our monthly quota.- Directly handles a team and provides them the quality of supervision thatnot only improve their work but also their professional relationship withtheir co workers.- Monthly Collection Report for Consultant (External Auditor)- Creates and presents Monthly Reports for Mancomm and Execomm Meet-ings.- As an Investment Startegist, coordinates with different Banks here in the Philippines in regards to their Short Term Funds, Time Deposits, and Money Market, will make a report to our VP for Finance and suggest where to invest-I constantly check Philippines, Hong Kong and US Stock MArkets, will make report and submit it to our VP for Finance for review and suggest what is good for buying and for selling.- Monthly Collection Report to be submitted to the Company's owner and to VP for Finance
