Build and maintain relationships with community partners including grantees, nonprofit organizations, sponsors, and stakeholders.Coordinate and help facilitate the annual grant cycle which includes reviewing grant applications, grant tracking, site visits, and post-grant evaluations. Led an annual fund effort that added over 1,000 new members to the CAFSpearheaded innovative annual fund initiatives. Pledge Per Win campaign which produced over $80,000 in incremental donations to support student-athlete scholarships. Assisted with creation and implementation of the Apple Cup Giving Challenge which secured over $236,000 raised and 1,163 gifts during the three-day crowdfunding campaign.

Assisted the Events Director in the coordination and execution of multiple events with 100-900 attendees per event.Oversaw and managed event logistics including managing guests and RSVP lists, staffing, venue rental, parking, catering, décor, on-site production, and finalizing contracts with vendors.Managed the execution and assisted in the marketing of two monthly programs with 40+ attendees.

Provide support to the Investor Relations team, including administrative support and management/maintenance of GSI’s membership databases. Provide administrative support to the Events and Program team.

In this internship I assisted in the execution of numerous programs over 5 months. One of these events that I was the point person for was a shoe drive event in which 1,100 children each received a free pair of shoes. I was also the point person for the ticket donation program where over 500 tickets were donated to a San Diego non-profit. The events required work with all levels of personnel including athletes, high profile community members, and volunteers. I was also in charge of coordinating programs such as Honorary Charger Girl for each home game and Chargers Park Facility Tours.

As the front desk assistant for the WSU Department of Residence Life I was primarily in charge of communicating and coordinating tasks with a variety of individuals including department directors, office staff, and students. On a daily basis I ran errands, answered/directed calls, and filed documents. In addition to my other administrative tasks I was responsible for creating and maintaining a filing system, with a corresponding contact list, utilized by the entire office to organize 200 applications. This position required me to work extensively with Microsoft Office programs. At the completion of this job I created a training manual and trained my replacement.
