Reporting to the Director of Information Security, managed a portfolio of security audit remediation projects to address environmental vulnerabilities. Introduced project management methodologies to properly frame the projects, and improve on-time project delivery. Delivered all 22 projects on time amidst culture change, resource constraints, and within a compressed 3 month timeline.

Managed and delivered critical IT Projects and Programs under adverse timeframes and resource constraints. Improved efficiencies within the IT organization as the champion of such initiatives as Portfolio, resource, change management and the PMO startup. Managed IT outsourcing vendor. Mentored junior PM's.

*Implemented the first set of project management standards establishing common language and processes across three, unfamiliar, geographically separated, culturally diverse, software development groups located in America, Ireland and Australia.*Managed a $30M software development product merger project with a cross-functional, global team while mentoring software PM's on project managment techniques and the use of Perforce and MS Project.

Designed and deployed multi-million dollar DEC systems for government cryptographic production facilities with high availability, and disaster recovery requirements (99.999%).
