As an event assistant I processed the registrations of over 3,000 attendees for the 2024 Esri User Conference. I communicated with foreign customers to assist with visas in order to attend theconference. I also verified paperwork accuracy and checked for completion prior to processing, as well as kept updated records on software such as excel, rainfocus, salesforce and SAP to make sure records stayed current and accurate.

As an ABA technician I provided ABA therapy at a one-to-one ration to children aged 2-6 in a clinical setting. I ollaborated with other professionals to develop and modify individualized treatmentplans and monitored client progress to provide continued guidance and consistent feedback tofamilies.
