E-Commerce Manager and Merchandiser: Lead the performance of the online store to thrive by managing the implementation and execution of the growth strategy including:• An increase in production, a complete re-design of the site and application of new cost effective, customer service oriented systems. • Grew the customer service team + trained them to merchandise efficiently, with the objective to ensure our customers had a perfectly communicated, aesthetically pleasing shopping experience. • Analyzed site data alongside our sales and marketing strategies to achieve a continuous improvement in conversion rates.• Oversaw the design and technical back-end structures as well as styling the online store and all photo shoots. • Took it upon myself to enhance MIKOH's CSR by creating fundraising incentives with Waves for Water and Relief programs. Executive Assistant: • Acted as a liaise between the CEO / creative director and rest of company. I helped her manage all designs, production, public relations, workflow, and agenda deadlines. Presented her with frequent updates, next steps and appropriate follow ups.• Connected the director with relevant individuals, external organizations and industry experts to arrange meetings, talk about collaborations and build long lasting relationships.• Kept the director in check with current issues in the environment and industry.Production Manager:• Oversaw production of RTW, garment accessories and market trims in China, Tunisia, Turkey and the US all the way from concept design to finished products and market entry. I worked closely with our designer to ensure quality and price standards were met. Confidently met all deadlines.Creative + Marketing Strategist:• Re-designed the brand marketing, including the online store and website. I assisted founder Oleema with re-branding MIKOH's logo, hang tags, line sheets, look books, social media, print media, accessories and advertising. I wrote and posted on the blog weekly.
