About Geneviève Bergeron, M.Sc., Pmp

As part of a team that has undergone a number of changes (refer to my journey), I developed a particular interest for ways to facilitate change in organizations, e.g., setting up committees, holding brainstorming and co-creation workshops to engage teammates and finding new solutions to our challenges.I’m very interested in digital marketing (UX research, social media, digital advertising and SEM/SEO). The digital giants – Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix – make huge investments in specialized AI teams, driving smaller merchants to be more creative than ever to catch their customers’ attention and develop marketing strategies that yield results. This was the topic of much thought for a course I taught at UQAM (Aspects marketing du commerce électronique [Marketing aspects of e-commerce]). It’s really interesting!Today, customer experience is key to any organization’s success through a continuous improvement process. Developing a customer-centric experience, measuring the experience (performance indicators, surveys, feedback loops, action plans), eliminating pain points and creating an experience that generates positive emotions are some critical steps for any successful company that makes profits.Here is some content that caught my attention in the past few weeks:Book: Sprint : design, prototype, and test in five days.Course: “The CX Foundations” to learn about the six pillars of customer experience: CX Strategy; Customer-Centric Culture; Metrics, Measurement and ROI; Experience Design, Improvement and Innovation; Voice of the Customer Insights and Understanding; Organizational Adoption and Accountability.I’m interested in public art and photography – check out my Instagram account (@art.agram_) – and I run 15 km every week to keep in shape. I also nurture my curiosity every day!
