My role allows me to bring diverse perspectives to our team, aligning with the organisation's culture of promoting heritage and conservation.In my current role as Publishing & Book Manager, my contributions were recognised with the Bookseller Rising Star award in 2024, and the National Trust team was shortlisted for Book Retailer of the Year at the British Book Awards. My background in Art & Design and Adult Education has informed my creative approach to retail, product development, publishing, public speaking and leadership. I work with infectious enthusiasm to enhance our product range with unique, sustainably sourced books that offer our customers a meaningful connection to the properties we steward.
