Expérience de 17 ans dans la recherche et la santé. Je suis directrice des opérations au Centre d’excellence sur le partenariat avec les patients et le public. Formée à la fois en administration publique (ÉNAP) et en recherche fondamentale dans le domaine des sciences biomédicales (Université de Montréal et Université Harvard), j'ai travaillé dans diverses équipes de recherche en France (Université Paul-Sabatier, Toulouse) et au Canada (ICM, CHUSJ, CHUM) dans les domaines de la génétique, de la bioéthique et du partenariat avec les patients et le public. Je suis impliquée dans divers projets tels que l'évaluation de l'implantation du partenariat patient dans divers contextes de soins et de recherche, le développement de politiques de partenariat patient et la mise en place d'une base de données de recherche sur le partenariat patient. Au fil de mon expérience professionnelle et académique, je me suis spécialisée dans la transformation numérique de la santé dans le secteur public. Je poursuis un Ph.D en administration où je m'intéresse à la prise de décision à l’ère du numérique.17 years of experience in research and health. I am the Chief Operating Officer at the CEPPP. Trained both in public administration (ÉNAP) and in fundamental research in the field of biomedical sciences (Université de Montréal and Harvard University), I worked in various research teams in France (Paul-Sabatier University, Toulouse) and in Canada (ICM, CHUSJ, CHUM) in the fields of genetics, bioethics and partnership with patients and the public. I am involved in various projects such as the evaluation of the implementation of the patient partnership in various care and research contexts, the development of patient partnership policies and the design and implementation of a research database on the patient partnership. Throughout my professional and academic experience, I have specialized in the digital transformation of health in the public sector. I am pursuing a Ph.D in administration where I am interested in decision-making in the digital age.
