- ROI analysis of multichannel contact solutions (IVR, Natural Language, ACD cloud vs on premise)
- Customer relationship benchmarking
- Continuous improvement of call centers In charge of the loyalty program: follow-up and development of the program in contact with sales management In charge of innovation workshops: I host brainstorming related.
