- Developing a full internal PCO team to consolidate all conference activity and internalize congress management processes. - Providing leadership, planning and management of the TTS internal PCO team for the organization of the Transplantation World Congress, all of TTS and Sections’ conferences and related activities. - Developing MOUs for all congresses and conferences managed by TTS International Headquarters IHQ.- Developing an overarching plan of all congresses and conferences to ensure coordination of activities both within the team and with all other activities of TTS. - Hiring, training and supervising the TTS PCO resources (team of 6). - Allocating projects and tasks and monitoring work flow. - Building and managing budgets (up to $5M) as well as risk management strategies.- Maintaining strong relations with TTS Executive and councillors, Sections officers and councillors, and TTS committee members.- Coordinating the presence of TTS in other events requiring representation and participation, as needed and in collaboration with the Executive Director.- Attended and managed events in 20 countries in 4 continents.
