Managed a team of on/offshore AGS consultants as part of professional service delivery for Functional, Performance Testing, Requirements’ Analysis and Static Code Analysis areas. Oversaw implementation and execution of Nokia’s mobile commerce program to enable rapid on-boarding of multiple payment technologies.

Managed EMC’s mission critical remote support program. Led ongoing support operations and projects to support new products as well as improve existing functionality and user experience.

I managed implementation of the EMC's secured remote support for usage by EMC’s Service Providers worldwide, resulting in cost savings of $4 millions over 5 years.I managed the expansion of the database architecture to improve application’s performance and increase transaction capacity, achieving 150% performance improvement. Oversaw audits and implemented monitoring of all critical components of EMC’s secure remote support. Worked with business stakeholders from EMEA, APJK, Americas and offshore support provider to design remote customer support processes specific to rules and procedures for each geographical area.

- Managed implementation of an automated interfaces between various state departments and the Department of Revenue in order to accept and process new Child Support Enforcement cases.- Introduced and taught processes for managing projects, gathering system requirements and writing solution designs including Use Case-based user requirements' gathering technique.- Implemented formal user help authoring process.

Successfully designed, managed and delivered a year-long Extract, transform and load (ETL) project that involved migration of all of the state’s HR and Payroll data from two discontinued mainframe systems and creation of a MS SQL Server data warehouse to store this data.

Managed integration of GetConnected’s products with its retail partners to increase digital service acquisition through client's stores and eCommerce websites.

- Participated in a large-scale project to implement the FileNet’s Enterprise Content Management solution throughout company’s USA based offices. As part of the business analysis team, I worked on defining business and functional requirements, modeling process flows, designing new processes and conducting extensive post implementation testing and training.- Collaborated with business users from various functional areas on analyzing requirements and creating design for modifications to the core insurance policies management system in order to support new product offerings.

I have successfully led a major ERP upgrade and implementation of new system modules. In addition, I have worked on integrating the ERP system with Manufacturing Execution System, managed a team of external consultants, vendors and conducted company wide ERP training.
