Beyond Coaching is a company specializing in working with neurodivergent adults with an emphasis on teaching skills to manage attention, decision-making, behavior management, problem-solving, and social skills.

Taught a student with Autism in South America. Student made significant growth in emotional awareness and regulation. Collaborated with an online school and provided structure for student to be successful in person and through virtual platform. Developed curriculum with a focus on social skills, behavioral skills, and executive functioning.

Taught and managed individualized educational plans for approximately 20 students. Developed curriculum and supports based on individual students’ needs in collaboration with students, parents, teachers, and other service providers.
