Teach dance techniques and combinations to classes ranging from 5 to 20 students between ages 4 and 16. Enhance skills, promote teamwork, provide constructive feedback, and understand diverse needs while maintaining a supportive and friendly environment. Coordinate annually with the City of Doral to showcase my dances at large community events such as the Downtown Doral Tree Light Festival at City Hall. Build and publish customized interactive reports and dashboards for multiple clients using Power BI.Created action filters, parameters and calculated measures for dashboard preparations. Created business requirement documents and plans for creating dashboards. Perform data preprocessing and normalization using Excel and CSV files to analyze source data and generate reports. Effectively interact with company CEOs and Data Engineer to design process/flow mapping documents for various projects targeting data processing, ingesting, storing, issue tracing, and AI modeling. Work with data engineer on developing ongoing image detection model for issue tracking. Created Cost Estimator calculator designed to put a token system in place to assist clients produce an estimated cost of products and services directly from the company website

Was selected to help develop and present online content for Miami Dade College Hialeah Campus regarding registrations, scholarships, and financial aid; specifically targeted towards non-traditional student populations.

Selected to participate in NASA Community College Aerospace Scholars (NCAS) program; an educational experience for college students exploring careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Program includes learning about NASA’s missions and human explorations to Mars and the Moon along with research, building relationships with similarly minded students, and attending briefings by NASA engineers and scientists. Additionally selected for Virtual NCAS; a five week online program designed for community college STEM students to engage in teams and compete in a NASA mission design challenge under the mentorship of NASA engineering professionals. As the Mission Schedule Analyst, my role was to design the Mission Schedule making sure to include all components of our mission including potential risk factors using a Gantt Chart and a Concept of Operations design. Won 1st place in the Virtual NCAS Mission Design Competition

Worked as analyst on a project designed to promote overall improvement for student grades. Proposed new methods for evaluating information. Collected and sorted over 30,000 records of qualitative and quantitative student data for 3 Mater Academy locations. Analyzed and transformed data leverage tools such as SQL Server and Excel to design and create data extracts and reports. Created a procedure to convert student grades to numerical values and develop a cumulative score per student that defined the student’s improvement per semester. Present and perform clear reports containing results of student grade analysis dataset.

Worked with the Justice Discovery Initiative team on the People Budget Project to develop an MVP Budgeting Tool for the City of Miami. Collected and analyzed quantitative and qualitative information using open-source data. Created visualizations with Microsoft Power BI to illustrate variance in the City of Miami’s current and proposed budget over the span of two years; and to display a detailed breakdown of the current operating budget in-flow. The purpose of this project was to develop a model that would be inclusive to the community and local government and promote engagement regarding the City’s budget.
