Wild & Wolf is a global leader in design-led gifts. With wholesale revenues in excess of£40M and selling to over 50 countries, as the Head of Design I was responsible for the entire design cycle from new brand conception to continued innovation on existing brands.Collaborating with licensed partners such as Ted Baker, Orla Kiely and the V&A museum which resulted in commercially successful product ranges leading to 10-15% annual revenue growth.Developed strong team of 7 designers supplemented by freelancers. Leading through clear prioritised goal setting and design briefs that empowered the team to achieve their potential. I developed a culture of trust that enabled candid, clear feedback across the team.

In response to significant company growth, I was selected for promotion and trusted to formand lead the ‘Lifestyle’ category design team which comprised of 10 product, packaging and3D designer/artworkers and product developers.Critically analysed category performance range review meetings with sales and inventoryteams to identify areas for development and plan close-outs. Avoiding having a long tailof products that didn’t achieve targeted revenue for the season.Maintained the integrity and quality of products through close liaison with sourcing,factory compliance, product safety and product development teams. Conducting criticalcreative vs commercial value engineering sessions to achieve cost saving for company.
