-Led the implementation of Salesforce.com in the AT&T Big Data Advanced Solutions organization-Created, documented, and presented End-to-End sales process recommendations, working with team members to include full scope and implement changes once approved-Developed instance road-map and corresponding training program -Trained Sales teams on SFDC and maintained training content for new feature releases-Started the internal Salesforce User Group Monthly meetings at AT&T, bringing together the knowledge of 24 instances internally on features, vendors, and legacy system workarounds- Consulted for other instances within AT&T on how to create better reporting, improve validation rules and workflows to avoid unnecessary code, and other feature utilization-Set up independent instance of SFDC for the AT&T Center of Excellence and trained team on how to operate independently without the need of an internal SFDC resource-Built and ran reports and dashboards for funnel management, forecasting, compensation, etc. for the Sales teams
