Manager, Worldwide Partner Marketing Communications
▪ As part of the Worldwide Partner Experience and Engagement team, develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies to engage, inform and support Citrix partners worldwide. ▪ Provide creative, effective communications tools that our Citrix partner teams and channel leaders require to share our story, highlight our value, attract and retain new customers, and engage current partners. ▪ Work closely with WW channel teams to ensure Citrix value proposition and brand identity saturates communications while also collaborating with brand, events, sales readiness, web, and other internal Citrix teams to coordinate efforts and ensure consistency of values and voice. ▪ Build and execute compelling, persuasive event audience acquisition and attendee communication plans to drive registration and attendance for partner events—live, virtual and digital. Includes messaging and creative for website pages, emails, blogs, social media, newsletters, digital advertising, and more.▪ Plan and deliver thoughtful, well-branded paid, organic, executive and partner social media programs.▪ Regularly measure and analyze communications effectiveness; collect feedback and suggestions for improved communications and use those to inform the next iteration of the strategic communications program.
