As Managing Director, North America Retail, I am responsible for implementing integrated end-to-end solutions for retail clients for all service lines including brokerage for national tenant rollouts, construction and project management, lease restructuring, lease administration, capital markets, supply chain/e-commerce, predictive analytics and beyond. By leveraging the JLL platform around clients’ business objectives, I help retailers make smarter real estate decisions and solve their business challenges. My holistic approach and extensive knowledge across all areas of a real estate lifecycle enable me to successfully cross-sell our retail services and deliver invaluable insight to clients. My diverse expertise and in-depth relationships with retailers and ability to connect the right JLL resources to help clients has led to significant collaborative wins including Tractor Supply, At Home, Chipotle, Whataburger, FedEx Office, Advance Auto Parts and many other national and local retail brands. Prior to re-joining JLL, I served as Vice President of Real Estate for Advance Auto Parts Inc., the largest automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America. In my role, I was responsible for all aspects of real estate including offices, distribution centers and a portfolio of over 5,000 retail locations. At Advance Auto Parts, I opened 124 stores in 2014 and executed over 300 consolidations, relocations, and conversions as part of the General Parts International acquisition. Additionally, I developed an asset management program leading to over $23M in occupancy cost reductions. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time at the grill. Relaxing and grilling with my three boys is my definition of a perfect evening. I enjoy serving as a board member of Swing Raquet + Paddle. Hobbies include spending time outdoors and fishing. Proud graduate of the University of Memphis. I am an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and enjoy being a frequent speaker on multiple real estate panels. Additionally, I co-lead JLL’s Retail and Industrial Task Force that caters to the evolving real estate requirements between retailers and retail property owners and helps clients solve both real estate and industrial supply chain needs.
