With over two decades of experience in the staffing and workforce solutions industry, he offers a rich understanding of North America's talent landscape amid an increasingly dynamic global labor market. Having held leadership roles in private equity, public and multinational environments across macroeconomic and industry shifts, Geno has a proven track record for building high-performing teams with an emphasis on culture and enhanced engagement with customers, colleagues and candidates. As a former CEO of a leading staffing company and a board member with robust business transformation experience, Geno has been recognized in the industry and named six times to the Staffing Top 100 list.A value-driven leader, Geno is deeply passionate about giving back and furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. He plays an active role in the community through several organizations which support disadvantaged youth. Geno is a graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He resides in South Carolina with his wife, Amanda, three of his five children, and their two Great Danes. He is a proud military father, an avid chef, fitness enthusiast, and beekeeper.
