I was responsible for the transfer of beverage products between facilities, bringing the products into specification standards especially regarding carbonation and ABV levels, and giving final quality assurance clearance pre -packaging. I used a Programmable Logic Controller system to move product between vessels and run cleaning procedures in a highly independent and fast paced role while collaborating daily with other teams to reach our mutual goals, and establishing high standards of operating procedures to maximize efficiency of safety protocols, man-hours and product waste minimization.
