Legend has it I started talk when I was just six months old and that I never stopped from then on. As all legends, it is true and truthfully incomplete: in fact, if it clarifies the origins of my long-term commitment to human interactions, it doesn’t include the long, interesting and still on-going journey that has moved me from speaking to communicating. And from getting the difference to training people about it.Its multifaceted nature and influences, both at personal and professional level, have always fascinated me and keep leading specific and yet extensive turns in my studies and career.Today, as a Soft Skills Trainer with a strong background in Multinational Companies, I truly consider Effective Communication crucial to have Professionals realize their full potential at work.Public Speaking, Problem Solving and Team Work are just 3 of the main areas covered in my training courses, mainly but not only held in National and International Groups. I can plan and deliver soft skills courses both in Italian and in English and work with teams or conduct one-to-one sessions, according to the client’s needs and expectations.
