I was a client for 2 years before becoming a financial advisor. I also made a deliberate career transition after 10 years of service in the engineering field. I always bring this to the forefront when working with my existing or potential clients. I know what it means to shop around for a financial professional without knowing what to expect, and I also know what it means to work in another career field and be in the need of sound financial advice. That is why I foster warm and relaxed environments where people can ask me candid questions and receive candid answers. Not a sales pitch. I don't tell stories and I don't speak in the abstract; I ask the right questions, understand the mission, explain the risks involved with each possible solution, and let people make informed decisions. Every recommendation or suggestion I make is one I would confidently say to my own mother, wife, or brother or sister. And as a former nuclear engineer, data center manager, registered financial advisor, and business graduate, I feel that I am highly qualified to make such recommendations.
