I started my own LLC, helping people clean their solar panels to get the most efficient use out of them. Also offer power washing and window/house cleaning.

As a crew lead I had to be able to read blueprints/designs, install them accordingly, manage a team of installers, complete/file paperwork and documents in a timely manner for each job. Worked closely with customers to make sure their needs and wishes were met to their liking.
