- Value Delivery Works with operations team in delivering continuous value in various aspects cost, lead time reduction,quality, throughput etc.- Lead or manage teams to meet the expectations of stakeholders.- Coaching, Mentoring and Developing the Team.- Workload Management of the team to ensure the agreed throughput are achieved as per plan.- Monitor the team quality and ensure that quality target is met and exceeded.- Manage any team escalation that comes up and resolve the same within specific TAT.- Track and provide feedback to the team members on their KRAs & Performance.- Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer addresses through associates.- Engage closely with the delivery team including associates, developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance driven team.- Continuously improve the delivery process and maintain level of delivery performance, through process and training improvements.- Manages & Maintains stock of Inbound / Outbound the stored Inventory.- Manage for end to end of the fulfilment centres and the mother warehouse.- Managing the Shipments across to the delivery centres or to the customer within the TAT defined from time to time.- Responsible for bringing in value added services, supporting new initiatives and ensuring the organizational goals being met.- Monitoring all customers delivery data & In Transit TAT.- Taking care of TAT for In Transit shipments.- Handling all Reverse logistics & Line Haul.- Monitoring of those shipments which are Attempt / Un-Attempt.- Ensuring Accurate stock records are kept in custody.- Generating Data Reports to analyse performance, through process and training improvements.- Track the attendance of the teams.- Follow and drive HR Policies effectively in the team by maintaining transparency on the same.

Follow up with the branches for the missing shipments and providing the status. Scheduling, Planning and controlling the entire operations to utilize optimally the available resources cost effectively. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and statistics for the performance of logistics.
