Responsible for solving extremely complex tax controversy by providing answers and reconciliation of past tax planning events to local tax authorities. Daily interface and report to the head of tax.

- Responsible for local and international tax compliance review to the audit team for multinational businesses;- Brazilian tax benefits evaluation and review;- Focus on international tax consultations and USGAAP TAX Package review (FAS109/FIN48);- Experience with Corporate Restructuring and general tax planning focused on minimizing total tax charge;- Local ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DIPJ, EFD) compliance expertise;- Team leadership and new talent training;

- Global Compliance and Reporting: Income Tax and Social Contribution Tax accounting review under IFRS and BR GAAP legislation. Brazilian Corporate Income Tax Declaration filling and reviewing.- US-GAAP report package (FAS 109/ASC 740) and FIN48 fillings and reviewing.- Global Trade: Cross boarder business customs duties consulting.- Value Added Tax (VAT): ICMS, IPI, PIS and COFINS accounting review to ensure local legislation compliance; PERDCOMP fillings.- Human Capital: Brazilian Central Bank Declaration and Income Tax Return Declaration for expatriates experience.Tax Trainee: October/2013 - August/2014
