Oversees the client department's Employee Concern Review Program, grievance process, and disciplinary program. Assists client departments in preparation for hearings with the Civil Service Commission, Texas Workforce Commission and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, as well as other legal and litigation matters in conjunction with the Legal Department. Interfaces with the client departments ensuring timely delivery of service and maintaining relationships to meet service needs. Coordinates, consults and collaborates with internal business partners and customers to identify human resources needs.
