Functioned as an internal consultant and second-in command to the VP of Residential Lending. Implemented strategic projects to improve efficiency throughout the company, including a comprehensive software implementation that allowed Leader Bank to continue to grow in a difficult compliance environment.

Led a team of three individuals that supported a team of 45+ outside salespeople while maintaining the profitability of Leader Bank's loan pipeline. During my time as Secondary Market Manager, I worked extensively on automation and technology integration projects to facilitate loan volume growth. In addition, I increased Secondary Marketing's usage of Leader's processing center in India to further increase efficiency and improve the support provided to salespeople.
