The water knockout facilities of the Gathering Centre: 06, 08, 11, 19 (South & East Kuwait) I have involved pre-commissioning, commissioning, equipment site acceptance testing (SAT), pre-startup safety review (PSSR), performance acceptance testing (PAT), plant start-up, and a one-year guarantee period of operation and maintenance activities. I have involved safety management activities like emergency response planning, HAZOP, and risk assessment. The MPT comprises four oil-processing trains with common export oil storage, pumping, and metering system is currently processing around 110,000 BOPD. The MPT processes well fluid received from the various fields in the Block. The Mangala, Bhagyam, and Aishwariya well pads are currently connected through inter-field pipelines to the MPT. The oil well pads of Saraswati, Raageshwari, NI, and Guda are presently standalone satellite fields. from which processed crude oil is trucked through road tankers to the MPT. The property of export crude oil from MPT is highly waxy in nature, having crude API in the range 22–28 with viscosity (cP) 12 at 90°C.The mangala processing terminal is handling 1500000 BWPD. The produced water is skimmed, and it is filtered. The produced water was pressurized and transferred to the well pads Mangala, Aishwarya, and Bhagyam for the water injection wells.Associated gases from the storage tanks are pressurized by a two-stage double-acting reciprocating compressor. which is transferred to the Rageswari gas processing terminal.

The panna central processing platform(PPA) Receives produced well fluids from nine satellite platforms PB,PD,PE, Mukta, PC,PF,PG,PH,PJ and PPA is bridge connected to PA through 12" production header.The produced well fluids from PB,PD,PE, Mukta, and PA are routed to Train A .The produced well fluids from PH,PK,PJ are routed to Train B via new 18" production header. Two future wells SWP,PL are also routed to the same Train. The produced well fluids from platforms PC,PF,&PG are routed through14"sub-sea line and have the flexibility to combining with either Train A or Train B depending on production.The produced oil and gas dispatch to ONGC's Hazira Terminal via sub-sea departing export pipeline(oil to Tanker and Gas to Hazira).The produced water reduced the oil content to less than 25PPM and then discharged to overboard .The gas dehydrated to 6 lbs.H2O/ mmscf and filtered. Thereafter it split into two streams. The main stream is metered at the sales gas meter station and dispatched from the platform to ONGC terminal at Hazira.The second stream is used for fuel gas and lift gas.
