Zip Business’s mission is to be the first payment choice everywhere everyday for businesses. As the GM at Zip I created a startup within a scale up company, with responsibility for the P&L, product creation and growing an end to end team. Some of my key achievements include: - Launched 2 new products (Trade, Trade Plus) all with world-class NPS (>45), and integrated and owned a 3rd product via acquisition (Zip Business Capital) - In 18 months revenue grew from nothing to over $20MM/year run rate with over $100MM of assets to be one of the fastest growing SMB fintechs in ANZ - Built a strong leadership team to scale up a cross functional team across all areas from Engineering, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales and Risk with strong employee engagement (60+ eNPS). - Secured debt funding facilities of $160MM from Victory Park Capital and National Australia Bank (NAB). - Acted as GM of SMB Merchants for 9 months: Took on an additional team, turned into a high-performing sales team that hit record results and expanded with a new 6-person outbound sales team. - Member of the ANZ Exco and reported to Co-founder and ANZ Managing Director.

- Took over an amalgamated team of BDs and Sales Operations that had been reduced from 13 to 4- Over 6 months increased monthly sales to exceed prior records with only 1/3 of the resources - Built and executed the business case to set up a new team of 6 mid market BDs including creating sales plans, targets and hiring the team
