The Alannah and Madeline Foundation is the leading national not-for-profit organisation working to protect children from the effects of violence and bullying. Our vision is that every child will live in a safe and supportive environment. The Foundation cares for children who have experienced or witnessed violence and runs programs which prevent violence in the lives of children. We play an advocacy role and we're a voice against childhood violence. I am providing volunteer support to assist the Foundation's Corporate Development team in building corporate partnership acquisition and retention.

Responsible for Dealer franchise agreements, network strategies / network footprint / dealer performance capability and dealer facilities / corporate signage branding.

Responsible for achieving vehicle fleet sales across the Business / Government and Rental segments of the market.

Responsible in both these Regional Manager roles for achieving Regional target performance in sales / market share / service coverage / customer care and parts sales.

Responsible for developing effective marketing plans to increase Holden's sales volume and market share in the "private retail" segment of the market as well as maximise brand loyalty and repeat purchase through the development of service marketing strategies and effective Customer retention (CRM) strategies.

Responsible for developing an effective marketing plan including advertising /promotion / pricing / product plans to maximise sales volume and market share for the Commodore sedan / wagon / ute and Statesman / Caprice carlines.

Responsible for managing the sales volume forecasting process and resulting inventory flow including model mix / order flow / stock management for both local manufacturing and imported products.

Responsible for providing a dedicated focus to broaden the Holden brand focus beyond Commodore by developing an effective sales and marketing plan to support the 4 cylinder (small and medium) cars in the range being the Toyota joint venture Nova and Apollo, the imported Barina and the imported Calibra sportscar.
