A highly motivated person with numerous years of mechanical engineering experience gained through hands-on shop floor experience and project management working for companies supplying direct to Astrium, Matra British Aerospace Dynamics, Airbus, BAe Systems and other major European companies as a preferred supplier. I am currently working and living in France as a structural steel draughtsman using Tekla Structures in the construction industry producing manufacturing and general layout drawings for industrial and commercial structures. The role entails liaison with all stages of production from client/architect, external contractors, purchasing, internal manufacture, delivery and final assembly. I am a proficient French speaker with detailed knowledge of French working practices and customs.
