Geoffrey G. Blunt was a Senior Vice President with FMV Capital Markets, Inc., the investment banking division of FMV that offers services relative to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. With a solid background of over twelve years in corporate finance and investment banking, Mr. Blunt assists owners of privately held companies to proactively plan for a transition event, evaluate a variety of potential liquidity strategies, and navigate the mergers-and-acquisitions process to yield a transaction that will maximize the ultimate proceeds.
