This role included responsibility for the Supply Chain (sourcing, planning, warehousing and logistics), Manufacturing, Quality and Customer Service for the Ramset, Reid, Danley and Buildex brands across ANZ.

The role is responsible for the effective management of operational and strategic activities of Porter Davis Homes west of Melbourne . The overall business has a geographic scope that is bounded by Greater Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Traralgon and the Mornington Peninsula. The role incorporates sales management, workflow management, financial/budget management, staff management/development, business planning/strategy and most importantly, respecting the customers dream. The key measures include EBITDA and customer satisfaction.

Ixom is the previous Orica Chemicals division which was sold to Blackstone Private Equity in March 2015. Reporting to the CEO of Ixom with responsibility for developing and implementing the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the imported and manufacturing chemicals businesses with sales of ~$800m pa, EBIT ~$82m pa and a supply chain budget of ~ $102m.Responsibilities Include ➢ Direct responsibility for sales and operations planning, procurement, shipping, transport and warehousing ➢ Developed strategic Supply Chain solutions to grow the business in international markets ➢ Introduced Sales and Operations planning into the business adopting the BUKER methodology ➢ Safety performance for all distribution activities

Non-Executive Director and Chariman of the Audit CommitteeFiduciary duties include the responsible management and operation of over $700m of assets for approximately 20,000 customers. Experience with 4 mergers and acquisitions

Responsibility for exports to Greater Asian Region and Pacific Islands totalling more than $300m per annum. Additional responsibility for site logistics comprising 4 storage and handling facilities.

Responsibility for several production zones including Emulsion Manufacture (24 hour operation), Chemical Stores and Water Treatment (Silver Recovery) facility. Responsibility included cost performance, quality, labour, OH&S, waste, cycle time and regulatory requirements.
