Worked in the Optimization group assisting clients in optimization of wells with use of remote monitoring with PumpWELL Controller Systems. Worked with clients in developing work-plans and strategies to optimize wells. Optimizing Beam pumping surface and downhole equipment for value-added benefit to customers Devising optimal rod string designs in accordance with IPR and existing surplussed equipment. Assisted in researching and writing training modules for future PumpWELL employee reference.

Working directly out of the Drayton Valley Field Office. Involved with optimization of field wells, field compressors, pump off controllers, while working continually on reducing downtime, cost, while working to increase production. Worked with Operations on problem-some wells to find new and innovative ways to increase production. Optimize artificial-lift equipment, i.e. pump-off controllers ( SAM, SALT, PUMPWELL). Working with software such as XDIAG, RodStar, IPR Analysis, XSPOC and PVR.
