Managing individuals across London, Glasgow and India within a MI and analytics team, providing data based insights relating to the financial crime and onboarding function at Barclays. Using T-SQL within the Teradata platform alongside Tableau to enable our stakeholders to see data differently, evaluate their operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for change.

I develop MI solutions relating to financial services including reconciliation systems, CASS Client Assets and AML regulations, risk management and workflow applications, primarily using the SAP product suite, through the compilation of user stories, impact analysis and requirement gathering. The scope of the SDLC includes both business and system analysis whilst also creating test scenarios for relevant QA groups.Current activities include being an SME contact in relation to the third party reconciliation tool (Frontier Recon by Fiserv), CASS development and oversight in terms of MI as well as offering 1st and 2nd level support in regards to the SAP Business Objects platform. Accomplishments include the successful development, testing and implementation of over 25 CASS 6.2, 6.6, 7, 8 and 9 MI deliverable's from both oversight and practical perspectives.

The governance, development, monitoring and support of Fiserv Frontier Recon, the reconciliation tool utilised throughout the company for all related Client Money, Balance Sheet and Asset reconciliations, which includes data integrity checks, data issue correction, change management, ETL developments, 2nd level support, requirement gathering and project management for tasks related to back-office activities. Other responsibilities included personnel management (monthly reviews, appraisals and objective setting), oversight of back-office off-shoring, help desk oversight, off-site support and training plus
