The purpose of this role is to ensure that clients derive maximumvalue and satisfaction from Ethniks System services. I manage AccountManagers and internal multi-functional teams (sales, project, technical) to identifycustomer goals and key performance metrics, strategies, designs, content, andimplementation plans. By working closely with my clients and developing solid trustrelationships, I can advise clients on best practices for solutions and manageend-to-end implementation.Key to my success in this role is my ability to prepare and deliver effective clientfeedback, for both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.From a business growth perspective, I can identify new opportunities fromwithin existing accounts, partnering with the Sales team to aid in increasing revenue.My knowledge and skills related to South African law give me an upper hand inunderstanding, developing, and managing contractual agreements, risks, and delivery.I develop a deep understanding of client's individual requirements and operations tocustomize solutions, manage potential risks and deliver high levels of client satisfactionand loyalty.

Finance:• Perform supervisor transactions on the debtor’s book (R220 million).• Control and reconcile agencies weekly commission payments (R1.4 million p/w).• Monthly balancing of internal control systems to company financials.Agency Liaison:• Ensure correct principal / agent relationship maintained.• Develop and monitor sales / marketing practices to ensure alignment with ConsumerProtection Act.• Assist in development of new commission structures to protect cash flow and reduce risk(Increased annual sales by R17.14 million FY 12 - 13).Contract Administration:• Vetted R98.43 million in sales contracts (FY 11 - 12).• Develop sale and use agreements to comply with the National Credit Act.Risk Analysis:• Apply risk assessment methodologies and models for the Subsidiary Finance Company(Sandton Sales).
