Working alongside school head teachers, bursars and business managers in the North West to help them get the most out of their building and maintenance budget and also their school buildings with careful planning and use of space. Using a handful of local manufacturers and quality tradesmen we delivered some quite outstanding results in the relatively short spaces of time that school holidays allow.

Running the purchasing and stock control for the current paper and envelope lines. After a year we added Educational Stationery to our offering and I had to source reliable suppliers for these, who could cope with the busy peak demand during the new school year, so we could maintain our commitment of delivering - the rights goods, of the right quality, in the right place, at the right time, for the right price...I also help to produce our personalised Educational Stationery Catalogue for distribution to the local schools, providing a single source for all their essential educational stationery and supplies.

Set up production in the UK for AFS an Australian permanent formwork walling panel which greatly speeded up the building of apartment party walls, and reduced the number of trades needed on site.
