Captain, line training and checking; so as such responsible for imparting knowledge to those that asked, those that were in need, those that were not sure and those who didn't know they were in need!. Making sure that the standards set were always reached and that those with whom I flew enjoyed their flying as much as possible. Filling out ASR's on a regular basis to make sure that discrepancies didn't become accidents or disasters, and finally making sure everyone was appreciated for what they did and had as much fun as possible doing it. Above all setting an example of conduct of high professional standards that others would strive to achieve.
