I have a corporate background across a range of industry sectors, including Technology and Oil & Gas. I have held a range of Executive and Non-Executive Director roles with ~10 ASX listed companies over the past 15 years and these entities have covered a range of industry verticals including technology, mining, mining services, retail and oil & gas.My 1st involvement with taking a company public was in 1994, and this company was in the technology sector. I continued to work in this vertical until 2004 at which time I decided to focus on a wider range of industry sectors, teaming up with organisations that were seeking either an initial public offering or were already listed but required some form of recapitalization. In 2008 I took on the role of Chairman/CEO of the ASX listed Jupiter Energy Limited (JPR) - an oil exploration and production company focused on developing its 100% owned onshore permit in Western Kazakhstan. I run the day to day business of Jupiter Energy, spending time in both Australia and Kazakhstan.
