About Geoff Hunt

I have worked in the education sector since 2000 in a variety of roles. I work best when I'm passionately committed to the mission at hand and I've been fortunate enough to work at organizations that have given me this opportunity. I've had a varied work career in both the private and public sectors. Before coming to education, I worked in the book publishing industry, so I'm familiar the business world; I've been a part-owner, corporate board member, and executive of a small retail corporation, so I bring an entrepreneurial spirit with me. I'm committed to making the world a better place in my professional work. I recognize my privilege and try and use it to further progressive causes. When not working, I enjoy reading, hiking, politics, and virtually all things nerdy.
