With over 20 years of experience in the primary education industry, I am a passionate and dedicated educator and school leader. I hold a BA in Primary Education with QTS and a Masters in International Education. and have extensive skills in E-Learning, Professional Development Programs, Performance Management, Staff Development, and Educational Leadership.As the Head of Key Stage 2 at St. Andrews International School Bangkok, I oversee the curriculum, assessment, and quality of teaching and learning for over 600 students and 40 teachers. I work with the senior leadership team, the academic staff, and the parents to ensure the highest standards of education and well-being for our students. I also lead the numeracy and literacy initiatives, the safeguarding and inclusion policies, and the online learning platforms. My mission is to create a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment where students can thrive and teachers can grow.
