Lead the Birchmoss Subsea Services Business ensuring high quality, safe and consistently high performing delivery to the customer base. Development and presentation of business plans including new business opportunities, capital investment, R&D and resource requirements to ensure the continuing profitability, productivity and growth of the organisation. Liaise and cooperate with the other global Subsea Services Businesses for sharing of equipment, resource, ideas and people that best benefit our customers and the Proserv business as a whole.Manage all operational functions to provide a high standard or service provision, including coordination between Projects, Field Services, Workshop, Engineering, Support Functions and Clients.Drive delivery of high quality, competitive tender responses and new business capture ensuring full understanding and sign off of requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the scope of work as defined and awarded by the Client.Support Business Development by attending Client Meetings and Workshops as well as delivering forecast and budget information for the facility.Drive investment decisions and make recommendations as required in plant, tooling and people (replacement vs repair and maintenance) to deliver maximum efficiency from the facility.Ensure work processes and quality standards employed by reporting teams are consistent with both Company and Customer requirements including QHSE and Ethics policies and standards.Manage operations to ensure service efficiency, optimum quality, service, safety and cost effective management of resources.Ensure the business is “right sized” in terms of employees and available capacity to ensure continued delivery of profitable and safe operations. This has involved some difficult decisions with regards to headcount.Manage and provide direction to reporting teams ensuring all are aware of Company, business unit, team and personal goals and objectives.
