I am a well-rounded individual.. I have built homes from the ground up; I have been active in commercial drywall, both as a laborer and contractor. I have delivered goods via van and bobtails in Dallas-Fort Worth. I have routed freight across the globe and made entries with U.S. Customs on behalf of customers with a brokerage firm. I have managed 2 air freight offices, during this tenure I was able to save a trucking company $250,000 in fines with my knowledge of the industry. With each new career, I have advanced my skills in technology, eventually landing my first IT job with the Love Box Company and eventually with Dell, where I spent 4 years supporting servers via chat and then the next 2 years helping Dell pioneer Twitter support for the Enterprise. Dell's social media teams were responsible for raising Dell's Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 16% to 42%, and settled in at 39%. I am looking for an employer who can use a well-rounded individual that is not afraid of hard work or learning a whole new skill set!!
