Performs technical planning, proposals, BOEs, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analysis for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, ordering, fabrication, test, hardware and software installation, user training, operation, maintenance, milestone review and support, multi-level security and disposal. Ensures the Integrated Product Team’s logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Writes and coordinates program plans. Responsible for systems engineering functions: requirements analysis, design documentation, impact analysis, mission analysis, problem resolution, special studies, operational concepts, operation analysis, interoperability and interface assessment, use cases (Software Through Pictures), Engineering Review Board (ERB/CCB), Integrated Master Schedule and metrics reporting, process definition and improvement. Experience in product troubleshoot and support, understanding of Software quality issues
