Geoff leads several of the Region's key IT Initiatives. He chairs the Cincinnati CIO Roundtable (CIO's of Fortune 1000 companies) and also launched and led the IT Leadership Forum (for CIO's of companies under $1B in annual revenue). Since 2013, he has led IT workforce initiatives -- developing the IT talent pipeline in support of the Region's economic development. Geoff is actively involved in the production of many of the Region's most widely attended industry events -- Greater Cincinnati IT Symposium, IT Intern Summit, INTERalliance Tech Olympics.

Combination of strategic consulting and hands-on responsibility for Football Technology. Provide Club Ownership strategic vision/input for Technology and Analytics. Responsible for the development, deployment, and successful implementation of information technology projects across Player Personnel and Coaching solutions.

Working with key Regional stakeholder organizations, Geoff is leading collaborative, comprehensive IT workforce development initiatives to increase the pipeline of skilled IT workers in the Region. Current efforts, involving Employers, Educators/Training organizations and the Public Sector have produced over 500 newly skilled IT workers who have been hired into jobs representing over $20 million in annual wages.

LP Enterprises provides expertise in IT Strategy Development, CIO Coaching, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to a wide variety of clients – Fortune 500 companies, the sports industry, and non-profits. Clients include Intel, Kroger, Forrester Research, The Harvard Group, the Cincinnati Bengals, the Cincinnati Reds, University of Louisville Athletic Department, the Alzheimer’s Association, and United Way.

Drive corporate outreach and engagement to support the Center and it's members. Lead Member meetings and support the Center's major events, training courses, and student capstone projects.

At P&G, Geoff progressed through a variety of IT, business, and leadership responsibilities, ultimately reaching a role of "Deputy CIO". In this role, he ran the “Office of the CIO” on behalf of the CIO. This included responsibility for P&G’s Global IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, and Advanced Technology Evaluation. Most of Geoff’s career at P&G focused on improving business results through the innovative use of Technology in Sales and Marketing. From 1997-2002, Geoff led the development of Procter’s customer and consumer-facing e-Business solutions. This included re-launching the Company’s website as well as creating an innovative system for distributors in emerging markets that managed $2 billion/year in P&G sales. The distributor system received Industry-wide recognition, winning CIO Magazine’s Enterprise Value Award in 1998.Geoff has over 15 years of global/international experience including 4+ years based in Asia. While serving as the CIO of P&G’s Japan subsidiary ($2 billion annual sales), his IT organization met the ultimate business disaster recovery challenge – quickly restoring P&G’s operations in the aftermath of the earthquake that devastated Kobe in 1995.
