Mortgagebot went on to power the Internet lending operations of 1,400 banks and credit unions. It was recapitalized in August 2005 valued at $100MM+ and acquired by D&H in 2011 for $230MM+. I was responsible for all aspects of the software engineering and technical operations. Under my leadership, the team delivered numerous award-winning innovations, including: the first online real-time mortgage approval with guaranteed rate, points and closing costs; the first white-labeled and fully configurable SaaS mortgage application origination and approval platform; and the industry’s most sophisticated dynamic, data-driven user experience.

The dental subsidiary was sold to DentaQuest in 2004 for $100MM.I had hands-on ownership of the software engineering, product delivery and technical operations in addition to general business operations responsibilities.
